Purchases (B2C). Name, delivery address, email and phone number. Purpose: preparing and shipping your order, handling returns and meeting our tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.
Wholesale registration (B2B). Company name, tax ID, contact person, email and phone. Purpose: verifying that you are a real business, approving access to the wholesale shop and handling orders. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest in fraud prevention.
Emails you send us. Whatever you include in them, so that we can reply.
We do not profile you, we take no automated decisions and we never sell data to anyone.
Only the providers needed to run the shop:
· Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) — card payments. Your card details are handled by Stripe directly; we never see or store them.
· Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France) — order confirmation emails.
· Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — website and server hosting.
· The carrier delivering your parcel, with only the address and phone number strictly needed.
· Tax authorities, where the law requires it.
To be straight with you: when you open the page, your browser contacts two external services and your IP address reaches them.
· GeoJS (get.geojs.io) — checks which country you are connecting from so the site opens in your language. We send it no personal data beyond the IP the connection itself reveals.
· Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd) — loads the site typefaces.
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no tracker of any kind. We only use technical storage in your own browser (localStorage) to remember your cart and, if you are a wholesale customer, your session. That information never leaves your device and you can delete it by clearing your browser data.
Order and invoicing data: six years under the Spanish Commercial Code and four years for tax purposes. Wholesale accounts: for as long as the commercial relationship is active. Emails: as long as needed to deal with your query.
You can ask us for access to your data, and to rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability. Write to info@mosseg.com saying which right you want to exercise. We reply within one month at most.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority of your own country.
Bouncibles are toys, but the shop is meant to be used by an adult. We neither ask for nor want data from children under 14.
