You can return any product bought at mosseg.com within 14 calendar days of delivery, no reason needed. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Email bouncibles@mosseg.com with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective products or our mistakes.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we replace it or refund you at no cost to you (3-year legal warranty). Send us a photo and we will sort it out.
We refund via the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
