Each Bouncible costs 6.99 € VAT included (Spanish standard VAT, 21%). The prices shown on the site are always what you pay for the product; shipping is calculated separately and shown before you pay.
· Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 5 €, free from 30 € of purchase.
· Canary Islands, Andorra and the rest of continental EU: 8 €, free from 40 € of purchase.
The Canary Islands and Andorra sit outside the EU customs or VAT territory: if the shipment attracts customs charges or import taxes at destination, they are paid by the customer.
You pick the products, add them to the cart and complete the payment. Price, shipping and total are always calculated by our server: nothing in your browser can change what you pay. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed when we send you that confirmation.
Card payments go through Stripe, on a secure Stripe-hosted page. Mossegada S.L. never sees or stores your card details.
· Ireland and the rest of continental EU: 5 working days.
· Mainland Spain: 48 hours (2 working days).
· Canary Islands and Andorra: 10 working days (customs clearance applies).
Delivery times run from order confirmation and are given in working days. In any case, as required by article 66 bis of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days. If for any reason we could not meet the deadline, we would tell you and you could cancel the order for a full refund.
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from it without giving any reason. Conditions and procedure are in the Returns policy.
All products carry the 3-year legal warranty for lack of conformity. If a product arrives faulty or broken, we replace it or refund you at no cost.
Bouncibles meet or exceed the EN71 / ISO 8124 toy safety standards.
If anything goes wrong, write to us first at bouncibles@mosseg.com and we will try to sort it out straight away. Mossegada S.L. is not currently signed up to any consumer arbitration body. As a consumer you may turn to the consumer protection authorities of your country or to the courts of your place of residence.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any rights the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer.
